Our staff come from a variety of different backgrounds. What they have in common is an enthusiasm and aptitude for working with children, a proactive attitude to their work and lots of energy! Although we demand a lot of our staff, we provide a positive and enjoyable working environment and many of our staff have been coming back to work with us for several years.
Anyone wishing to work for Harrow School Short Courses must be over 18 at the time they commence employment. There are no other specific requirements or qualifications that we demand of our Activities Staff, but all our teachers must hold, as a minimum, a recognised qualification to teach English as a Foreign Language (EFL). All candidates will undergo DBS and reference checks prior to commencing employment.
